We want to reach out directly with some important news. Like many businesses operating in today's global environment, we're facing significant cost pressures from our supply chain, and after absorbing as much of this as we responsibly can, we'll be implementing a price adjustment across a number of our product lines in the coming weeks.
We don't take this lightly. We know that every renovation budget is carefully planned, and that pricing certainty matters enormously when you're speccing a project or placing a trade order.
Global Freight Costs & Disruptions
International shipping rates have surged significantly, particularly on routes from Europe, affecting the cost of bringing our premium Italian and Spanish tiles to Australia.
Supplier Price Increases
Our European manufacturing partners have raised wholesale prices in response to their own energy and material cost increases, something outside our control.
Domestic Costs Increases
Ongoing conflict in the Middle East has increased our own operating costs, including fuel costs, and freight surcharges that flow directly into landed costs.

We're genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this causes. We know price rises are never welcome news and we want you to know that we don't pass on increases lightly. Every adjustment is a last resort, made only after we've exhausted every option to protect the value we offer.
