Do you have a showroom I can visit?
We are mainly an online based company and currently we only sell through this online shop. However we do have a showroom in Girraween, NSW - by appointment only. Click here to see available timeslot and book your appointment!
Is my payment secure and can I shop online safely?
We are on Shopify platform, and Shopify industry leading payment system handles all our online transaction.

Something I want is out of stock, will you restock?
As in fashion, our range are added or changed constantly. If you have something you really want, please talk to us, we will try our best to help you out!
Can I get samples of the tiles before making a purchase?
Yes, we offer tile samples for just $3 each, delivered. This allows you to match tiles with your existing fittings or paint colours before committing. It is a also a good idea to have a feel of the texture and colour.
I need help with deciding which tile to use
For inspirations and tips on the tiles you are looking for, visit The Inspiration Room blog. We also offer showroom visit if you prefer to see the tiles yourself. Or simply talk to us via chat or email.
Do you provide shipping, and how much is delivery fee?
We deliver Australia-wide and offer free pickup from our warehouses.
Shipping costs is automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and destination. We also offer $70 flat rate delivery for Sydney Metro area.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If you need something
urgent, please contact us so we can work something out for you.
Can I collect my order?
Free pick up is available from our warehouses (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm):
Girraween, NSW - allow 2 days picking and packing
Loganholme, QLD - allow up to 14 days for transfer
Lara, Victoria - allow up to 14 days for transfer
