Batching & Sizing
SIZING
Tiles are listed by their nominal size, such as 300x600mm. The actual dimensions may slightly differ, for example, 301x597mm. Consider the actual size for alignment of grout joints or patterns.
BATCHING
Differences in colour, shade, size, and texture can occur between batches. For matching additional orders ensure the same batch by contacting hello@tilelane.com.au.
Delivery and Pick Up
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW. Shipping will be automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and destination. We also offer $70 flat rate delivery for Sydney Metro area.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Pick up is available from our warehouses (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm):
Girraween, NSW - allow 2 days picking and packing
Loganholme, QLD - allow up to 14 days for transfer
Lara, Victoria - allow up to 14 days for transfer
Samples
Samples are great to match your paint colour or existing fixtures. We offer free shipping for sample orders.
Note that sample pieces size are not full tile piece. Refer to each product for approx size of each sample piece.
Due to different production runs, actual products may vary slightly from samples in colour, shade, size and texture.
