By repositioning the space and opening it up, Motivating Constructions created an open-plan layout that enhances the connection between the kitchen, dining and outdoor living areas. New skylights were added to flood the kitchen with natural light, while a large entertaining island anchors the space and gives the whole family a space to gather.
